When applied to fruits such as strawberries and figs, and ice cream, sweetness enhanced with umami notes. As a substitute for jam on yogurt and fresh cheeses. Add a few drops to finish your soup or risotto for a rich balsamic accent. Can be drizzled on grilled vegetables, eggplant, and peppers , prosciutto, and grilled white fish.
