Wildly explosive intensity of freshly squeezed sake, never ends. This Junmai is the first press and uses the best of the seasons harvest in Yamaguchi Prefecture. The subtle scent of ginjo-like aroma gives the an impression of lightness but once in the mouth rich flavours of rice can be distinctly recalled, a seasonal treat.
