Exchange Policy
- Products are ensured to be perfect and completely packed before delivery. Unless the customer confirms that problem(s) have been found upon receipt, Flavour of Life Limited does not accept any exchange requests.
- Flavour of Life Limited and any engaged third parties shall not be liable to (1) any loss or damages of the delivered products; or (2) the products being contaminated due to any reason which is affect the health of consumers causing personal injuries and death, both of which arising from the customer's request to deliver the products to the door of designated address unattended, or authorize a third party to inspect and sign for orders.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any product is defective, damaged or having other problems.
- Exchange will be only considered within 2 working days after delivery is completed. Flavour of Life Limited bears no responsibility, and reserves the right to reject any after sale requests after 2 working days.
- To start an exchange, please email us order details with photos by: orders@flavour-of-life.com .
- All products can be exchanged one-time ONLY. Exchanges will be accepted only if the item is returned in it's original condition.
(All products are non-refundable.)
- Customers are responsible for all exchange-related delivery costs. If the returned product(s) are lost in transit, Flavour of Life Limited bears no responsibility for the loss.
- Flavour of Life Limited reserves the right to amend the Exchange Policy without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Flavour of Life Limited reserves the right of final decision.
