Tratan Village 是山田錦的種植地,為最多山口縣釀酒商生產的米。該村保留了未分等級的米,農民將重新定出這種米的味道。略高的酸度在優雅而溫和的香氣中收緊柔滑和清淡的味道。
Tratan Village is home to Yamada Nishiki cultivation and produces this rice for many Yamaguchi brewers. The village keeps its own ungraded version where farmers have redefined how this rice should taste. This has created a soft, light body, elegant and mild aroma with slightly elevated acidity, unique to Tratan Village.
