Abunotsuru EN Junmai Daiginjo
Introduction:
"En" stands for the process of heating of sake 火入れ(Hiire). The font structure is also like holding hands between people. Sake brewery hopes that through sake, it can achieve harmony between the materials, as well as between the brewery, retailers and customers. Unlike the burning impression of fire, it spreads with a mild fruity and sweet taste.
