Introduction:
"G" comes from the first pinyin of the guitar's fifth chord and the GOKYO pronunciation, with the # sign to express its slightly pungent flavor. It is brewed using the "Yamaguchi Yamahai Yeast" independently developed by Yamaguchi Prefecture, and combined with the traditional method of Kimoto.
