Iwashimizu Kiseki 14 years aged
Introduction:
KISEKI is a sake pressed 14 years ago. It is a sake that has been aged as fresh sake at -5 °C and has recently been pasteurised.
Over the last 14 years, the taste of Iwashimizu has changed steadily. And again, this sake is also aged in the refrigerator of the brewery with us together for a long time, so it is named it "kiseki:Trajectory".
Aged sake is often described as Shaoxing wine, but it has a taste similar to sherry.
The pairing with fresh chocolate is exquisite.
