經過一年半的瓶內精製,酸度既柔和又強烈,再經過陳釀醇化後則富和諧而柔和。With around 1.5 years refinement in the bottle. There is a harmonious balance between the soft and strong acidity that only a traditional kimoto brewing method can provide, and the mellow umami that comes from aging.
