Introduction:
Using first pressed new sake in January and allowed to rest over the summer months gives this Aki-agari or autumn harvest to slowly form character creating a very smooth, velvety, mellow taste and aroma. This autumn seasonal sake can be enjoyed cold or warm depending on preference and the flavour of autumn you wish to be reminded of. This is limited fall season product and made in small quantities only.
