山縣本店對小批酒款很注重用米,充份呈現山口縣產米的天然味道。

Yamagata Honten focuses on rice, bringing out the natural flavors of Yamaguchi rice in all the small-batch sake they brew.

材料 / Ingredients

山縣本店所用的山田錦米全部均產自山口縣,山縣本店與八代市周南町的數個農家及山口縣東邊的米商簽訂了供米合同。

All of Yamagata Honten’s rice is grown within Yamaguchi prefecture, and they use several direct-contract farmers in the Yashiro district of Shunan, as well as other suppliers around Eastern Yamaguchi prefecture.
