Ingredients
All of Yamagata Honten’s rice is grown within Yamaguchi prefecture, and they use several direct-contract farmers in the Yashiro district of Shunan, as well as other suppliers around Eastern Yamaguchi prefecture.

Moriko is a richly elegant premium sake, so try it chilled with prosciutto-wrapped melon slices.
