Ingredients
Yamashiroya uses Yamadanishiki rice grown by contract farmers in the Tokusa district of Yamaguchi city, and uses natural spring water from one of Yamaguchi’s most famous springs.
Recommended temperatures and pairing
Sugihime Junmai Daiginjo is best enjoyed chilled, and pairs well with seafood, strawberries, or lightly salted snacks.
