杉姬純米大吟釀是一款很傳統的山口縣清酒。香甜香氣濃郁而不強烈,味道帶有清楚的鮮味。

Sugihime Junmai Daiginjo is a traditional Yamaguchi sake, with rich, mellowly sweet flavor balanced by firm umami structure.

材料 / Ingredients

山城屋酒造使用位於山口市的德佐合約農家所種的山田錦米。水源則選用來自縣內最知名湧泉之一的地下水。

Yamashiroya uses Yamadanishiki rice grown by contract farmers in the Tokusa district of Yamaguchi city, and uses natural spring water from one of Yamaguchi’s most famous springs.

杉姬純米大吟釀最適合冷飲、配以海鮮、士多啤梨或只用少許鹽調味的小食。

Sugihime Junmai Daiginjo is best enjoyed chilled, and pairs well with seafood, strawberries, or lightly salted snacks.
